What payment methods can I use to place an order?

You can pay by credit card or cash on delivery.

Where is my order?

Your orders are delivered to Aramex within 3-5 business days from our warehouse.

Once your package is received by Aramex, you can track the status of your order by going to "Order Tracking" on the order detail page.

We will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Which shipping company will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by the transport and delivery company Aramex.

When will my order be delivered to me?

Your orders are delivered to Aramex within 3-5 business days from our warehouse. Then, Aramex will deliver your order to you within approximately 7-14 days.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you have not received your order on time, you can leave your contact details on the customer service line +212-658-000000.

We will contact you as soon as possible.

I checked my order but I want to add/remove items. What can I do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been submitted. Instead, you can cancel your order and create a new order with the items you want.

Can I change the size of an item in my order?

Once an order has been submitted, it is not possible to change its properties. Instead, you can cancel your order and create a new order with the sizes you want.

Can I choose a new item to replace an item removed from my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot select a new item to replace the removed item. If your item is no longer in stock or available, it will be automatically removed and automatically notified and refunded for this inconvenience.

Can I change an item after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, online or in-store exchanges are not possible for items purchased online.

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your item(s), you can do so by following the procedure described in the “Returns and Exchanges” content.

How many days will it take to get my refund?

Although it varies from bank to bank, the average recovery time is 14 days.

Since the items will be shipped from our warehouse in Morocco, no customs fees will be charged.
